Gliptic is a swedish programmer from Sundsvall that joined the Liero community in autumn of 2000. Prior to joining the community he had created the original version of LieroKit which was in swedish.
Founded the RageSquad clan not long after joining the community. RageSquad was the only, at the time, and first ever Liero site to use PHP, in the community. The ability to log in and send instant messages between members was unique at this time.
Gliptic was from the start, the most experienced in code and programming in the community. He analysed Liero file formats and made modding more and more possible with every new application he released. He eventually reverse engineered the entire game to create the Liero Open Source Project. LOSP was later halted, but later incorporated into the Gusanos project on which Gliptic worked with basara. In 2007 Gliptic began reverse engineering Liero again to create OpenLiero, an "exact" copy of Liero 1.33, which is playable, with sounds, on any system.
His appearance remained completely unknown until the l33tm33t in 2005 in which he and Wei-Zhi-Hui traveled to Finland to meet Joosa Riekkinen. In 2007, Gliptic played in the second Liero World Championships in Warsaw, Poland, reaching the quarter finals, where he was eliminated by MrEvil.
