(Optional, not used in normal gameplay)

Weapon weight: effects your speed in %. The heavier you are, the slower you go and perhaps even your jump height would be reduced.
Recoil spread: every (interval) you shoot, the distribution will go up by (%).
Distance damage reduction: the further away you hit someone, the less damage will they take. (defined by every # pixels, damage drops by %)
Team specific weapons: Join a team, and you'll only be able to use specified weapons.


This would allow for more modifications and ways to balance them.

Do you remember maybe about my "timerun" idea?
Start point and exit point. And automatically demo recorded with the shortest time.
And maybe some checkpoints and/or places to shoot at while on the run.

Thats a good idea.. We could make race levels etc.

I have too many suggestions that i'll need for my mod, but they can wait for another release.

even tho i already made some ages ago, but for Liero.
Btw, if you make such levels, make sure its possible to go laps, and through checkpoints. Otherwise the options would be few when making a race level.

Since gusanos .9 will allow scripting all that kind of stuff will be possible, even though it wont be hardcoded. Anyone willing to make a mod as such will require some basic programming skills.

Bonus Scripting.

The ability to make bonus' that temporarily change your worm physics (eg. SuperJump, QuickRope) or your weapons (eg. QuickLoad, Double Damage).

That would be very fun.

Flashes in Liero can be created l33ter in gusanos if you use the flashbang effect lightly. (because you only get flashed if you see the explosion)

I don't really like the earthquake effect, though, if it is used very subtle'ey then it MIGHT be good. MIGHT!  Sad (might be crap though)

Earthquakes should happen if its acutally an earth shaking explosion prehaps? Something thats just bright shouldnt make an earthquake.

Earthquake effect will be completely supported, and flash effect too.  ( Optional ofcourse )
