Well full Quake (80MB or something) works on my mobile and it's made in c++ I would think. But I only know how to do Java midlets and Flash lite.
I also thought about redusing of max particles.

How will the "virtual machine" work?

It's basically similar to the .NET or Java VM, although tailored specifically towards my Panzer language. I'm trying to use the most state-of-the-art compilation and optimization technology, which is maybe why I never get to finish it Tongue.

I have no plans to port OpenLiero myself, but it should not be terribly hard to do assuming there's a C++ compiler available. I expect it would run on something like that, at least with reduced particle limits. I don't know about filesystems, maybe one has to extract the information from Liero.exe etc. and store it in some other way in order to read them. Don't know much about mobile systems :O.
Well, Gliptic, remember it'd need networked multiplayer to make any sense in a hand held Tongue
