Gusanos 3 Arena mod is finalny released as it has been said. We have been working pretty hard on it for very very long time so now its your turn to show your interest, amazement etc. More info, as some of you probably have already discovered here. In short, inside the pack Youíll find all the Quake 3 Arena stuff in 2D, 5 or even 6 maps, manual with some basic information, configuration and commands stuff etc.

More stuff, articles (which donít exist for now), mods (which donít exist too, but they will Ė like defrag, promode etc.), skins (well), maps (eg. for defrag which officially doesnít exist), etc. on www.g3a.lupi.u2.pl site (which is only in polish at the moment, but itíll change in a few hours/days time)

Hope youíll find this internal power we find every time we play this game, and youíll play it again and again etc. Wink Enjoy!

Oh I see... you changed Gusanos source. Why did you do that?

Uhm, well, cause it was necessary! :p Dunno, ask Wesz. The one reason is for sure that this is not only one single mod, but the main platform for others connected to quake, and another to make downloading easier for people who do not know Liero/Gusanos etc.

Oh, and another one is that ctf borks somehow when it works for mods, afair it works properly only with default.

Well I couldn't get the included exe/thing for ubuntu to work so I'm just using it as a normal Gusanos mod, so I don't know if I'm missing out on anything. The level graphics pwn lots, but I haven't had a chance to play with any real people so haven't seen the gameplay much.

In dm6 I found jumping up to the stairs on the very left a little hard. Is there any way to cut down the load time of the mod? It seems to be quite long imo.

I've never really noticed any Gusanos bugs, apart from the network event one, was that what was fixed?

Hmm.... maybe there wasn't any modification at all except the executable size and the change of default mod folder... I don't see in the source code any other changes besides those.

Also, my name in the credits is "? 'Deguixa' ?"... lol.... please change it to deguix so there aren't nick mispellings... heh
