This is a thread to plan the 2006 Liero Meet (aka teh hypermeet)

So, it would be nice to know who's coming. Wink

Date: August?
Place: Brussels
Activities: Liero/Gusanos playing and tournaments; Brussel's visit (maybe); talks by famous Liero people (maybe); drinking (probably); and much, much more (maybe Tongue)

So anyway, post your ideas and comments here.

Example of activities.

Friday: Arrival of everyone
Saturday: 10:00 we wake up and eat
then we go to MINI EUROPE fun park (or something equally funny)
then to city and see pissing statue and some general sightseeing, then eat more.
Then we will head back to the hostel and play Liero World Championships for the rest of the night. People that are not busy playing the tournament can endulge in other activties as described by Pils above.

On Sunday people will start going homewards.

That could be ideal yes. But we must first look to the needs, and then add bonuses, like internet, and running water. Wink

If anybody is coming by train, there's a thing called Go-Pass in Belgium which costs 42€ and lets you take 10 trips anywhere in Belgium (that's about 4€ a trip if you suck at math). So if it costs more than 4€ less to just go to the border this might be advantageous. I'll be glad to buy your left over trips. (Disclaimer: offer only valid for 2 or 3 people)

Ive sent a request to some Hostelbooking agency. Maybe they can help us find sth.

We need (preliminary):
- 2 nights sheep for 10-20 people.
- Reasonable access to public transport system
- A private common room for us during 1 night. If possible, with internet.
No more than 30€ per person for sheeping. As low as possible really. I dont think a higher price would be very good.

I think thats our basic needs. Any comments?
