Question: What MUST be added to a the neew version of the mod to make it better?...
...dual weapon wielding.
...more guns.
...more options to custumize your worm (like equipment,etc).

A year back I started this topic with the release of my doom mod, hehe
Well, now I present to you a new version, always telling I would add classes,and stuff . . .so I did. So now you can kill you enemy with your new claws as a alien, or get plasma rifle to kill some Marines. Or just be a marine and kill aliens . . .

(i'm to lazy to explain the new buttons, look in the user.cfg for the reload/special weapon etc.-buttons I've added.
Questions or requests? just ask me Tongue ..)

So whats new:
- total rewriten the code of the mod
- 3 races (bot supported)
- classes for each race
- your own physics (speed, health etc.),skin and hud depending on your class. (you might be walking on the walls!)
- new gadgets to choose: teleport, jumpjet, jetpack, rope, acrobatics
- new aiming system
- a worm can be stunned (for example using flashpacks)
- team support (team members can't kill eachother)
- old levels from older versions of the game
- pick up the weapon of your enemy to use it against him (use action key: see user cfg)
- 99% finished, need to to some stuff to finish it, but is playable!

(still no multiplay support)

all the guns are GOOOOOOD Tongue , they sound wonderfull  Shocked
and all those special effects in the levels

haven't tested it much yet, will test it more later. looks good so far Smiley
the nwh-grenade's fire animation is a bit too fast IMO.

Maybe try http://www.bjwaymods.net/, I have seen some others use it before and it's the least spammy file sharing service I have seen. (havn't used it though) Rapidshare never works for me.  Tongue

That's a problem with dark mode in general... can't see anything but your crosshair. Should be fixed soon ^^

It's awesome. The sandstorm in the mars level is pretty cool but maybe a bit too strong (?).
Playing around in darkmode is fun inderdaad.

You have to place it against a wall. Smiley

It is a very pretty mod Inderdaad, playing it with bots is too laggy for me though ;o. The levels are probably the most impressive, very well done.

And as always I have to disagree. Maps look imho VERY messy, except the Base which is really good.
But at both Mars and Hangar it is hard to see what is wall and what is not. Btw, I managed to get from right side of Mars map to left, am I leet now?  Grin

Also, the explosion of BFG can be achieved using multiple 1-pixel objects, this will be surely faster. Also, Imho weapons are a bit too strong, especially the Flamethrower.

Nothing more to complain about Grin

Excellent mod! Even more excellent that it is almost entirely done by OMFGscript, and very little is lua.

I did find that playing in dark mode was hard, even with flares, and found that you can spam flares by switching away from and to them - which is probably not what was intended... so I suggest timing them by lua perhaps :O

Well that was amazing :O

Things I love:
- Level interactivity
- Good use of darkmode
- Good sounds ( though ID takes most of the credit here Tongue )
- The flashlight on shotgun and assault rifle

Things I dont like:
- CAPS ON EXTENSIONS AND STUFF MAKE ME UNABLE TO PLAY ON LINUX Sad(
- Some textures are way too blurry on some parts of some levels Tongue
- It resembles doom3 even on the processor requirements ;O

Keep up the amazingly good work Smiley
