[Mod] Lightsaber Arena 1.4

GrEaT Mod! While playing with bots and my brother i feel LUA power! It's amazing. How much time did you spend on this? There should be a key to toggle lightsabers because on dirt you just fall into it when having selected double and pointing upwards or sth.

Why i can't see lightsabers? i can only hear sounds but i can't see lightsabers

Maybe your monitor is off Diabol. No-one else has that problem and no-one knows what could cause that or sth.

Well, maybe your zip was corrupted somehow during download. Good to hear it works now.

Toggling saber on and off should be easy to add, but isn't top priority for now.

Good things: saber colours are now synced very well, and are bound to their very own key. The weapon selection is now used for choosing force powers, which draw power from a force pool which gradually fills. Moves with the saber will be triggered using various keys, and style (single, dual, double) can be changed with a key. I'll add a menu later

Now when i can see light sabers and other graphics i can say its very cool mod i like i. when you'll release final version? How many "things" you have to finish yet?

Netcode has been fixed massively, and weapon handling is totally different. TOTALLY I SAY!

Important: Force (mana) regenerates slower when lightsaber is switched off. It doesn't regenerate at all when swooshing your saber around.

I haven't added vid_dark_mode friendlyness yet, since it looked very sucky and decreased framerate a lot.

Diabol: Thanks, I've got infinite amounts of things to finish. Most mods are never finished...

Yeah, I like the changes, but the extra keys take a little getting used to at first

Why everybody got the same saber color? My friend told me, he changed colour to red but i saw only yellow... When I change saber colour i see it's red but my friend see yellow...


Another question:
Can i bind changing lightsaber colour, use power etc. to other buttons than o,p,l,k ?

The force-mana thing wasn't really a problem, it were the lightsaber moves that were ridicilously hard.


That's a strange error, I tested the netcode lots and it should work. I'll look into it some more.

And yes, you can crebind all the buttons: in the LA folder there is a file called 'user.cfg', open it in notepad and everything should work fine

It still doesnt work. I found another errors when sb disable lightsaber i still can see it and when sb choose dual or double bladed lightsaber i still se 1
