IMO there were enough slow movement TC's thats one of the things that makes the TC so special. Its not that I dislike slower TC's either, but I like diversity

Weapon balancing is half-assed inderdaad. And most weapons are really big, but I suppose thats the style of the mod.
Its quite impossible to kill someone with farshot. I added 3 bots and deleted all other weapons but there were no kills at all, only when I added 10 more there were lots of kills. Could be me and the bots though.
Shotgun is pretty strange, its 'explosion' is really big too. And that revered loading time-shot thing is annoying, but I could probably get used to it. Its really strong too but I guess that made up with the close range its got.
All weapons are ok-ish but could use some work.
I like the fastness of the game, thats typical BW, but maybe some weapons are too slow... dunno maybe not.

I'll keep these things in mind.
Although, for Farshot, I suppose I never mentioned that it has a HUGE minimum range (more than half the screen) to prevent abuse.
Basically, the weapon has two stages.
First stage the projectile is yellow, and won't damage anyone (to prevent it from being too strong a low-mid range weapon).
Second stage the projectile is red, and will do damage.

I'm more or less at the halfway point now.
There are a few more weapons I have in mind.
I think I'm going to remove shock rifle charging mortars-->mines though. That's just a bit too bothersome.
I'll probably be making some pure mines, sort of like the turret weapon, in that you have a while before the weapon activates, etc.
Also, I need to make an original level that suits the needs of the mod (big and open).
Right now, I'm playing on Portal, with the middle portion (the portal) edited out so it's just one big open arena in the middle.

Yep, the YSI link has long expired.
Unfortunately, I don't have this mod on the computer I'm on right now and the earliest I'll be able to access my main comp will be Jan 16 =P
Maybe someone else has it (basara?) who will be willing to re-up it.
